This one is a new favourite in our home – all of my kids devour them.

They also make a great school lunch option too!

Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2/3 cup Plain Greek, or Plain Coconut Yogurt

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 1 scoop  Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 3/4 cup Oat Flour

  • 1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except for the maple syrup in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Grease the waffle maker. Add the batter to cover the bottom of your maker, about 1/2 cup at a time.
  3. Cook the waffles for about three to four minutes or until golden brown. Repeat the process until all the batter is cooked. Serve with maple syrup, if using, and enjoy!

Will try is for sure, always looking for morning eats. For a long time would skip breakfast.

I talk to many Women who skip breakfast, for many reasons. A high protein breakfast is really great for helping to boost energy, aid weight loss, minimize cravings, and help with hormones in general though 🙂
