Summer is finally on the way! If you live anywhere like my home here in Alberta, this is incredibly exciting after a long winter.

After a winter of hybernation, and perhaps a few too many comfort foods you might be noticing that you feel a little sluggish. Maybe exhausted? Bloated? Or even moody or cranky (no judgements here!)?

- 15 of my personal favorite power bowl recipes (The program focuses on 2 power bowls/day with a sensible meal of your choice for your 3rd meal, BUT there will be more than enough delicious recipes to choose from if you decide to eat all 3 meals in a bowl. 🙂
